Our recruitment process includes promoting the internship opportunities via our social media handles, then collecting the responses and CVs of interested candidates and directing the same to the organisation concerned. We also conduct further selection procedures that the organisation may choose while keeping the students informed of the same.

Abhyas floats the offer on their online platforms, and emails registered students for better outreach. Abhyas collects the applications of interested students and forwards them to the organisation. The society also helps the organisation in further shortlisting process.

Companies might have some selection criteria like written test, telephonic interview, face-to-face interview, etc. Candidates who clear the shortlisting criteria are selected for the internship.

Stipend depends from company-to-company. Some companies provide incentives based on performance, while some provide a fixed stipend for the work. First-year and Second-year students of Hindu College can apply during the society intakes at the beginning of the odd semester. Students need to register and fill up a form, followed by an interview shortlisting process.
