We provide year-round internship opportunities to students in various profiles such as Marketing, Graphic Designing, Content Writing, Business Development/Sales, Volunteering, Human Resources, Research, and Operations, to name a few. Our recruitment process includes promoting the internship opportunities via our social media handles, then collecting the responses and CVs of interested candidates and directing the same to the organisation concerned. We also conduct further selection procedures that the organisation may choose while keeping the students informed of the same.
The Internship Fair
Each year, we organise Apprentissage, one of the largest internship fairs in Delhi University. It offers a multitude of summer internship opportunities to the students from top notch organisations. In the past, we have associated with OYO, EY, Zomato Feeding India, NDTV, CNBC, Outlook, Decathlon, and many more companies for our annual Internship Fair.

It is a monthly webinar series organised by Abhyas to give students an opportunity to expand their learning horizons by interacting with eminent personalities.

Organisations offering internships may email the internship details at internships.hindu@gmail.com. Abhyas floats the offer on their online platforms, and emails registered students for better outreach. Abhyas collects the applications of interested students and forwards them to the organisation. The society also helps the organisation in further shortlisting process.
Are there any pre-requisites for applying for internship opportunities?
A well-written CV highlighting all your skills and talents, is all that is needed to apply for any internship opportunity. Companies might have some selection criteria like written test, telephonic interview, face-to-face interview, etc. Candidates who clear the shortlisting criteria are selected for the internship.

Internship Opportunities are available year-round. Abhyas regularly floats the latest opportunities on all its online platforms. Moreover, for summer internships, Abhyas organises Apprentissage, one of the largest Internship Fairs in Delhi University, to bring a plethora of internship opportunities at top organisations.

Internships are based on various profiles such as Finance, Data Analysis, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Human Resources, Content Development Research, Volunteer services, etc. Internships are virtual or in-office depending upon the company’s requirement. Stipend depends from company-to-company. Some companies provide incentives based on performance, while some provide a fixed stipend for the work. Other perks include Pre-Placement Offer, Internship Certificate, Letter of Recommendation, etc. depending upon the organisation.
Who can be a member of the society, and how to apply?
First-year and Second-year students of Hindu College can apply during the society intakes at the beginning of the odd semester. Students need to register and fill up a form, followed by an interview shortlisting process.
